Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q: Are you open?

A: Yes. We are open seven days a week from 10am to 7pm. Members are allowed to come in as early as 9am. All range participants must be checked-in by 6:30pm.

 

Q: Where are you located?

A: We are located at 9425 Double R Blvd Ste C&D, Reno, NV 89521.

 

Q: Do I need an appointment?

A: There is no requirement to have an appointment. Our range lanes are first-come first-serve. We do offer range lane reservations for both individuals and groups. Please see our Indoor Range link in the navigation menu for a link to reserve a lane if you would like.

 

Q: What do I need to come in?

A: Your government issued Driver’s License, Identification Card, and/or Passport with photo. Everyone who will be participating inside the range will need to fill out a liability waiver which can be done before you arrive from the link at the bottom of our website or onsite once you arrive.

 

Q: What can I bring?

A: You are allowed to bring your own firearm, ammunition, eye/ear protection, and targets. Firearms are restricted to handguns and rifles with calibers up to 7.62x39. NO shotguns. NO armor piercing, steel core, tracer, incendiary, explosive, or shotshell ammunition is allowed. NO explosive targets are allowed.

 

Q: Can I bring my children?

A: Yes. You can bring your children. All children must be accompanied and watched by their parent or legal guardian at all times while inside the range and while in the lobby areas. There is a section on the liability waiver to add their information if they will be participating inside the range. At no time can a child be left unattended. NO EXCEPTIONS. Our staff is not here to babysit.

 

Q: Do you rent guns?

A: Yes. We rent handguns and rifles for participants to use/try during their visit.

NOTE: Following industry-wide safety standards, we will not rent firearms to any UNACCOMPANIED individuals who do not have their own firearm with them during their visit.

 

Q: Do you sell guns, ammunition, holsters, and/or accessories?

A: Yes. We sell firearms, ammunition, holsters, and/or accessories on our website and will soon have a retail area where there will be an in-store selection as well.

 

Q: Do you have full-auto firearms?

A: No. We currently do not offer full-auto firearms. We will offer these later this year.

 

Q: Do you offer any discounts?

A: Yes. We offer active/veteran/retired first responders discounts. First responders include military, law enforcement, firefighters, and EMS/ER medical personnel. Please ask one of our associates and be prepared to show proof of status for discounts to apply.
